Yes. Most of our work is for homes built by someone else. Apartments, villas, and existing houses where the owner wants the interiors done right. We start with the home as it stands today.
We handle interiors, finishes, joinery, lighting, and soft modifications like partition walls or ceiling changes. Major structural work sits outside our scope. If your project needs it, we will say so on the first call.
Yes. Families in the Gulf are a large part of what we do. You get one project lead on WhatsApp, weekly site updates, and sign-off checkpoints you can approve from your phone. You never have to fly in to push the work forward.
A premium apartment fit-out usually runs ten to fourteen weeks from sign-off. Villas and larger homes run twelve to twenty weeks. Timelines are locked in the signed BOQ, with weekly progress tracked openly.
